We are a team of passionate students from the University of Denver dedicated to creating the finest gourmet sausages and dumplings using locally sourced ingredients and unique recipes. Sam is a passionate chef and avid barbecue enthusiast who draws inspiration from his southern roots and travel experiences abroad. His recipes are the backbone of Sizzle Pig’s diverse array of products. Sam is currently pursuing a double major at the University of Denver in business Management and Psychology.
